First time going was today. I absolutely loved it. My daughter is terrified of the dentist, but this time was grand. She didnt cry at all, the staff was so patient, and friendly. I just wanted to air hug everybody lol. They made my baby comfortable, and it was very fast pace. Im very pleased.

Neptune staff were very professional and made me and my son feel very comfortable. It’s difficult during these times that we can’t go in the treatment area with our child. I was kept informed of everything they were planning to do prior to doing it and my child told me that everything was great.

Wonderful service! They are very very nice!! Love the staff. I was very pleased with the services they provided for my family. I am also pleased with how the set up the waiting room. They made sure the chairs was spaced out and had hand sanitizers. They also had the option for the parents to sit in the car (DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD BECAUSE THAT IS AGAINST THE RULES/LAW) They also went above and beyond to come to my car to give us the paperwork that was needed. We will be making this our permanent dentist!

I really appreciate the fact that my 9 year old Son does not fear going to the Dentist. They have a great system, professional yet very kid friendly.
